At Ezizio Ventures, we strive to create an eCommerce platform for the elderly and senior citizens, where they can purchase what they need for their daily needs, healthcare items and lifestyle items. There was a wide range of products available, all of which were designed to be of assistance to the elderly.Their mission is to fulfill the needs of the older generation who are still young at heart and do not wish to rely on others, which is correctly stated in their mission statement - "Growing old is a bliss".
What were the challenges we faced?
The client wanted to create a platform that would sell products for older people and senior citizens. From lifestyle items to daily necessities and health care items, there was something for everyone. Due to the products' intended use by aging adults, we devised a solution that could be used by them efficiently. Senior citizens could easily locate the products they needed on the site.Additionally, based on the targeted buyers, we streamlined the overall purchase process to ensure quick checkout.
The solutions that we offer
Initially, the project focused on the front-end design, which targeted older people and senior citizens. There were static banners on the home page of the website that customers could read easily, and they could quickly find the relevant category by clicking on the banners. Moreover, we used large icons and bold fonts on the website, which allowed website our target audience to easily read and interpret it.There was an easy navigation system on the website, and the checkout process was quick, so buyers were able to complete their purchases quickly.
